golemic Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hey everyone, I need your help, as I write a program for S7 313C, where you need to irrigate some plants every 6 hours. All I need to do, is to open a solenoid and I'm OK. The issue is how can i ensure that it will operate every 6 hours and only; I have to make a clock or something? I also need help selecting equipment for hmi monitor for CPU 313C. Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance Hello, To do such a task ,I can suggest using Time of Day interrupt or using SFC1.If you search the forum you can find the other ideas and some sample codes for more references. Best regards Hamid Hosseini You need to fill up that 313C one way or the other ;). For this particular application, a PLC is very much overkill. A simple timer would bebetter;)
