Is it possible to develop the same Faceplate all the time using the published way

You could make a seond Faceplate, say PUMP as follows:

Use faceplate Designer to make the required faceplate files (like @PG_PUMP_STANDARD.PDL). Make sure in Faceplate Designer you pick all the same settings as required to the standard PCS 7 Motor Faceplate.

1. Open @PG_MOTOR_STANDARD.PDL and @PG_PUMP_STANDARD.PDL
2. On @PG_PUMP_STANDARD.PDL delete the @Level5 and @Level6 objects.
3. Copy/Paste the contents of @PG_MOTOR_STANDARD.PDL to @PG_PUMP_STANDARD.PDL.
4. As result of Paste on @PG_PUMP_STANDARD.PDL, the @Level5 and @Level6 objects will get renamed to Level5 and Level6 (lose '@'). Rename back to @Level5 and @Level6
5. Create a new motor icon (e.g. TYPE = @MOTOR/PUMP)
6. Change "Servername" property to "PCS7 PUMP Control" (The "Servername" property determines the type of Faceplate to be opened.)
7.Add new property (by editing customized object) "Structuretype" with a value of "MOTOR". (The "Stucturetype" property is used by the "Link icon to process tag“ wizard. If the "Stucturetype" property is missing the wizard uses the "Servername" property.)
8. Use the new Icon where you want the PUMP Faceplate to be used and use the orignal Icon where you want the MOTOR Facplate to be used
