1. Create an S7-300 (or S7-400) project with the code blocks in Step7 V1x.
2. Convert the code blocks to STL coding.
3. Export the code blocks to text source files
4. Modify the source files to comply with standards used by Step7 V5.x
5. Import the modified text source files into Step7 V5.x

The effort is in step 3. You need to study how source files from Step7 V1x and V5.x differs from one another. Some reverse engineering is required. (This can be done!)

Another idea is to copy STL coding (without parameter description) from Step7 V1x exported text source files into Step7 V5.x.

ADDITIONAL

Find attach some cryptic notes that was used to convert Step7 V13 to Step7 V5.5. The notes do not aim to be complete, but it was enough to do the job at that time.
