issue to share and configuration help

I was sent to commission a Sinamics G130 drive. The male pins in the slot responsible to host the Memory card/ license chip was bent at odd angles due to some some unknown problem. the card could not be inserted in the control unit due to this and communication could not be established. The AOP did not respond to finger touches. Am I right in guessing that the memory card is the integral piece for the functioning of the drive and the lack of proper mounting the reason for the drive failing to communicate with the field PG and for the AOP not functioning? Please help.

My second issue would be familiar to that of a person not too familiar with a Sinamics drive and the Starter software. Please give me the technique of configuring the G130 drive for the inputs/ outputs that I have attached below. Please explain the control logic if any exists. Thanks a lot for the help in advance.
