It can use to V90 with ALM?

Happy new year!

I want to use V90 1st power source by ALM dc link.

It can be use?

I used SLM dc link power to V90 1st power.

It's ok, no problem.

Now I trigger OFF1 signal of ALM, But ALM is not running.

Just occur fault. F06000 and F30027.

My drive system configuration is below,

Line module; 120kw Active line module

4 Single motor module; 45A, 24A, 85A, 200A

4 V90 drive; 3.5kw 2EA, 1.5kw 2EA

I did to remove wire of V90 drive 1st power line(dc link)

ALM is working and no problem.

Could you give me advise?

Hello,

Sinamics V90 drives works either on 1 phase 220 volt or 3 phase 220 or 380~480 V AC line supply., depeding upon its supply connection condition. Please refer SINAMICS V90 Servo Drives manual for more information.

Why you want to connect it to ALM DC link?

I found why not running ALM.

Because, incorrectly wiring of dc link to V90.

Change wiring of V90, ALM is working.

This machine is roll-to-roll machine. so need to solve regenerative power.

That's why I want to ALM dc link.
