LED and RD_REC instructions over comms (1518F and 1512SP F)

MHApplied Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi, I'm wondering if the LED and RD_REC instructions can be called from a 1518F CPU to read the status of remote I/O racks which are using an ET200SP CPU (1512SP F) instead of an IM? Otherwise, would the instructions have to be run in the 1512SP and then the results sent to the main 1518F in a data block over comms? Many thanks Mike

Note that is not possible to read the LED status of the LINK RX/TX LED for any S7-1500 CPU. With best regards Cicero
