License for SmartService and Audit options?

WinCC flexible /Sm@rtService for PC orWinCC flexible /Sm@rtService for Panels ? WinCC flexible /Audit for PC orWinCC flexible /Audit for Panels ? I am almost sure that it's the PC version but...
