Hi logo users, i have app with vision sensor VS (IV500MA) from KEYENCE. I need help with processing result from VS. I have 2 programs in VS. VS has 2 outputs (BUSY N.O. log0 => ready log1=>busy; Result N.O. log0=>NG log1=>OK) in to LOGO! for both programs. How i check result for each program and remembered previous result. For example: i heve PROG00 and result is OK logo send in to VS change program and VS set busy ON clear result after Busy OFF. I chcecking when busy is OFF and after take result but when change program i take not correct result :( and same problem i have when power on VS. Thank for each answer.

Hello PeTer111122, Hello , I couldn't understand your questions clearly and the manual you have attached is 1 page. Please post again with What are your Inputs (I1, I2, I3 ...) and what should be the outputs (Q1, Q2, Q3 ...) with timing diagram of your I/O. As I understand your program: 1. Some of the outputs (like Q12, Q16) are always OFF, b/c of unconnected NOT inputs. 2. You have some high speed outputs, (like Q3 0.25sec) thus you should consider the switching rate. The maximum switching rate is dependent on the switching program's cycle time. 3. How much is the pulse width of the input (output of your device vision sensor)? 4. What is the type of your LOGO? Is it 0BA6 230? Or 0BA6 12/24? If it is 230 the maximum input speed is 4Hz, and if it is 12/24 there are 4 high speed (max 5KHz) inputs (I3, I4, I5, I6). Regards, |

Hellodesmul24, Yes, i post only 1 page of manual because all maual has 20MB forum accept 4MB :( but i have problem wen i change program on vision sensor. My inputs is I6-programing (for PROG00 ist TOOL2 and then is OFF), I7-Busy for all program, I8-total status (for PROG01 is TOOL1 and then is total status) this are outputs from vision sensor. Q6, Q7, Q8 are my outputs for change program ( input vision sensor) PROG00=> 000 PROG01=> 001 etc. IF i change program must ignore first edge of busy, check page of manual what happens. Q1: outputs Q12, Q16, .. are signal lamps. I have 5 station and i must unblocking station for operator. For examp: first station is press this station unblocking and blinking with lamp other station are blocking no blinking no light, only if operator done with first station then logo blocking station 1(light lamp) and unblocking station2 (blinking) etc. Q2 :0,25s ist timing for conttrol signal lamps Q3: input ( output of my device vison sensor) ist programing latching or on shot (0-1000ms) i used on shot (250ms) devisce set BUSY log1 this is time for processing picture then set output total status or tool1 & tool2 is good (log1) or not good (log0) and then BUSY OFF. IF is BUSY Off i accept result from vision sensor. Q4: I have LOGO! OBA6 24RC. I dont need high speed input. PS: sorry for my english ;-) I hope that you understend my english I solved this problem maybe is not correct but working.
