AutoGen_333109 Experienced Member Joined: 12/30/2013 Last visit: 3/11/2023 Posts: 81 Rating: (0)	Dear, We are using Mc_moveabsolute block for position control from position 0 to 1600 mm for axis 1. we are taken velocity for axis 1 from another axis 2, but we are facing some problem if Mc_moveabsolute block for axis 1 is execute and axis 2 velocity change so axis 1 old value of velocity is effected but new value not effected. so please suggest me how to effect new value of velocity for axis 1 is taken during block execute.

Move Absolute uses parameters provided at start of motion so if speed of other axis change during movement axis controlled by move absolute will continue with same settings as when started. It is possible to change dynamic parameters during motion BUT you risk overshooting the destination. if you want synchronize 2 axes (for example traverse and winding machine) use synchronized move and synchronized axis. for position synchronization (for examply flying cutter) you must use synchronize position which requires Technology CPU.

AutoGen_333109 Experienced Member Joined: 12/30/2013 Last visit: 3/11/2023 Posts: 81 Rating: (0)	Actually application on shear machine axis 2 is feed axis like external encoder and axis 1 is linear axis. we have bead length 2000 mm and then we want operate axis 1 from 0 to 1600 mm with material and then after complete forward motion and then axis 1 reverse with material speed. Axis 1 position not over shoot during forward condition it means position absolute.

Subsequently changed parameter values are not transferred until the next job start. Resetting the "Execute" parameter does not end the job, but it does affect the display duration of the job status. As long as "Execute" is set to "TRUE", the output parameters will be updated. If "Execute" is reset before the completion of a job, the parameters "Done", "Error" and "CommandAborted" are correspondingly set for only one call cycle. Motion Control instructions with "Enable" parameter The job is started by setting the "Enable" parameter. As long as "Enable" = TRUE, the job remains active and changed parameter values will be transferred each time the instruction is called in the user program. The job is ended by resetting the "Enable" parameter. The input parameters "JogForward" and "JogBackward" of the Motion Control instruction "MC_MoveJog" correspond in their behavior to the "Enable" parameter.

MC_GearInPos: Start gearing with specified synchronous positions V5 (S7-1500T) With the Motion Control instruction "MC_GearInPos", you start a gearing operation between a leading axis and a following axis. The synchronous operation is synchronized depending on the specified synchronous position for the leading and following axis.
