Migration from Op17 to Op177B with Simatic S7-NC

Sulung Bronze Member Joined: 5/26/2007 Last visit: 12/14/2024 Posts: 127 Rating: (3)	I have a S7 300 plc with fm357 system. the HMI was OP17. it was broken. since the OP17 is no longer available i change to OP177B. i have the OP17 source program. 1. The problem is winCC flex does not support simatic-NC. so i could not do auto migration. what i need to do? 2. i attach OP17_tag.jpg. i open my op17 source file, when i click on one of the simatic -NC tag i have a message : C:\protool\NC_Var.mdb could not find this file what i intend to do is i need to know how do i access this tag address if rebuild everything with winCC flex. thanks in advance Attachment OP17_tag.JPG (108 Downloads)

Sulung Bronze Member Joined: 5/26/2007 Last visit: 12/14/2024 Posts: 127 Rating: (3)	dear Umencho, thanks for your help. yes i have read the manual. in page 179, migration from simatic s7-nc plc, an error message will be issue and migration will be aborted. but in page 165, NC function replaced with sinumerik option. i do not understand what is the meaning of sinumerik option. i need to know where to look for the NC tag address, may be i add some program in plc to read this nc address and put it in a DB for OP177B to access it.
