I could happen, that the databasefile are not copied, when the SQL-Server has not yet released them befor copy them. You need at least the files: <projectname>.mcp <projectname>.mdf <projectname>.ldf <projectname>RT.mdf <projectname>RT.ldf Regards Georg Berghof

More for using this tool information in: https://cache.industry.siemens.com/dl/files/220/109736220/att_879788/v1/WinCC_Working_with_WinCC_en-US_en-US.pdf (1.11 - Copying and Duplicating Projects) - Move the copy you have created to a directory in a computer or virtual machine on wich WinCC 7.4 SP1 has been installed and open it. - When you open the old project, WinCC automatically detects the version of it and starts the migration to v7.4 SP1. - After that you could migrate to TIA Portal v15.1 Hope I have helped.
