I would like to know if is possible the migration of HMI TP277 (WinCC Flexible 2008) to new Confort Panels (TIA Portal Vx.x). I don´t want migrate the Simotion Project, only the HMI

The problem is TP277 is an integrated project with Step7 V5.4SP4 and Simotion Scout v4.1.1.6.

Simotion D435 (6AU1 435-0AA00-0AA1 V4.1)

If I tried copy from Step7 and then I tried migrated with TIA Portal V.13SP1, I can´t because the following fault

"The Scout TIA Portal is requeried to migrate the project"

What is the procedure if is possible?

I don´t know if I have to migrate the full project to extract the HMI

Scout TIA doesn't support older SIMOTION D Devices, you can read this in the Product notification:

OUT TIA V4.4 HF2 configures the SIMOTION C240/C240 PN motion controller as well as the SIMOTION D410-2 and D4x5-2 Control Units, including CX32-2/CBE30-2, in the TIA Portal with kernel/firmware version V4.3 and V4.4.
Also, the so-called SIMOTION Drives in TIA Portal. These are SINAMICS S120 drives with firmware version V4.5 and V4.7 provided they are interconnected with a SIMOTION-CPU via PROFINET or PROFIBUS.
The new SIMOTION P320-4 platform will also be integrated in the TIA Portal later.

Convert my Simotin scout v4.3 project to TIA Portal

For this migration you need:

Step7 V5.5 + Scout Classic V4.4
TIA Portal V13 SP1 + Scout TIA V4.4


First open the old project in the Scout Classic V4.4 an convert it to Project V4.4.
Then start TIA and select "migrate Project"
browse to the storage of the converted V4.4 project and select the S7p file in it
Set the Checkbox "Include HW Configuration"
Start the migration.

Note:
You should check if the the devices in the project can be migrated.
If you have a Simotion without -2 then is not possible to migrate.
In TIA only the Simotion C240 and Simotion D4xx-2 PLC are supported.
Also not supported are the old Sinmaics S120 (CU320), only the newer CU320-2 are supported.

Hello,

first you must copy the WinCC from Step7 , after that you select the .hmi file for the Migration, not the Step7 project file.

Yes, I have done that, and I get the following fault

The Scout TIA is required to migrate the project.

TIA Portal, don´t have Simotion Driver if you don´t have integrated project, so I think this is the problem.

can you attach the project here?
If you copy the project from Step7 in WinCC no Simotion device is in the HMI project.

So this message can normaly only pop up if you select the hmi from the original project .

I can´t because the OEM, But I have create a new project.

I have done the following.

- Insert to my project a new TP277, setup the connection with Simotion and 4 tags

- Copy from Step7 and save the project

- Migrate from WinCC Flexible to WinCC Flexible 2008 SP3

- Try to migrate from WinCC Flexible 2008 SP to TIA Portal V13SP1 (Fault, attached the screenshot)
