you should first make all your modbus connections then after you can add your OPC connetion.

wincc advanced modbus rtu connection not resuming AFTER DISCONNECT AND RECONNECT.

I have successfully communicated with delta plc on wincc advance v16 with Modicon modbus rtu protocol, everything is working fine.

but there is big problem wincc does not resume communication after cable disconnection and on connection again. Whereas i have tested keeping same PLC and communication setting with other HMI devices and it works flawlessly (Auto resume communication).

can anyone have idea how to make auto resume connection using Modicon modbus rtu protocol in wincc runtime advance v16.
