Modbus Siemens PLC to Unitronic PLC

helmi_halim Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hi guys, I would like to asked about modbus communication between Siemens 400 CPU to Unitronics PLC. Actually, if we are using Modscan32 to scan our modbus communication (Siemens & Unitronics) its connected successfully but when we communicate direct from Siemens 400 to Unitronics the connection not even establish. Can someone advise me what is the possible cause and what else we need to check/setting on our PLC program. Thank you. Regards, helmi.

Kaulquappe Posts: 3093 Rating: (323)	Hello Helmi, which device acts as Modbus client and which one as server - does active or passive connection establishment respectively? How did you check the Modbus communication with Modscan, Modscan to S7 or Modscan to Unitronic? Regards, Kaulqauppe
