Hi, with the internal PN interface of 410 CPU you can establish 118 connections (see technical data) at the same time. If you want to connect to more communication partners, you must multiplex. Disconnect the first 118 partners and connect to the next 118 partners and so on. Hello Chekx, When you want to connect the energy meters to a redundant system, you must make sure, that it is capable to hold two connections simultaneously. ModbusTCP communication via a PN-CPU is faster than via CP. For test puposes you can also use the demo version which can be downloaded in the Product Support. You should also think of the polling cycle you need for your application and if that can be achieved with 250 devices. Regards, |
