-We need take data from PLC. How is take a given below the module status
for health bit and fault bit.

2.call the fb125 in ob82,ob86,ob1.the instance DB of the FB125 has all the info.

for your requirements and modules use the solution the user BALAKRISHNAN told you in the post above. 

It is for monitoring DP-slaves.

For other solution you need to use fail-safe-CPU with failsafe IO-modules. There you have an own DB for each module to monitor if it is wrong or right.

You can also read a module information list with SFC51 (RDSYSST) which you will find in standard library 

under system function blocks. With SSL-ID W#16#0991 you would also get the information you need I

think.
