Hi all, I run a Siemens motor type : 1FK7042-2AK71-1CH1 with a Nominal speed of 6000rpm. A gearbox is mounted on it with a ratio i=7. System is a pinion on a rack. In Starter / Position control / Mechanics, I set the LU per load to 186597. It means, for 1 turn of the load, I travel 186,597mm on the rack. Double check, if I move by 1000mm, I physically do this distance. Now, if I ask a speed of 5000mm/min, physical movement seems to be ok too (I travel 1 meter in 12 seconds), but I see a motor speed of only 187,5 rpm. After some calculation, this seems ok too as : 186,597mm = 1 turn 5000mm = 26,79 turn 26,79 * 7 = 187,5 rpm BUT, I move the axis, door opened, using HT8, SLS is active and set to 2000mm/min, I get the SLS limit exceeded alarm when running over 5000mm/min. So, I don't understand the low rpm value I'm reading and I don't understand why the SLS limit is not applied as I think it should. Can someone clear me this out ? I have 7 in p2504. System is CU only, no NC Another parameter ? |
