Hello Firends I am very happy to show you the HMI graphics of one of my recent project. Please see the features which I used in the HMI. Its for your learning purpose. These all we can make in TIA Portal. System: Fire and Gas Detection system for Offshore Oil rig PLC-S7 1500 (S7 1515) AI: 64Nos ( From 64 Nos sensors) DI: Status input DO: Alarm, ESD HMI: TP1500 Comfort -3Nos Power Tags:40xx HMI Tags:80xx Communication: Ethernet, Optical fiber, Modbus RTU Fire panel: Tyco Minerva T2000 Fire detectors: 400Nos Sensors-64Nos Programmer: JKV JAMES (Senior Automation Engineer) Days programmed: 50+days for Both PLC & HMI programming (1 person) Basics: Display 64Nos of H2S &HC sensor AI readings to HMI; Alarm output; ESD, Print, Sensor configuration; Display status of 400Nos of fire device status to HMI. Fire panel communicates to PLC via Modbus RTU. What make it different: Its a standardized HMI.his can be used for any similar projects by just updating texts from HMI.All alarms are dynamic type as well. Operator can add or remove a sensor or fire detector from HMI without editing program. Also sensor is fully configurable from HMI. So Its easy to modify this HMI for any new similar projects. The full system both fire and gas will post below as a comment very soon. Stay tuned. Anybody wants to learn this programming or see the programs of this project for study purpose, Please message me. Also you can mail me to [snip] Thanks for all forum members for supports and useful posts in forum Video-1: Gas detection system HMI Mimic ( pre-commission) Video-2: Integrated Fire & Gas detection System (Commissioned) Video-3: Fire panel(Tyco Minerva T2000) to PLC Communication testing (Modbus RTU) Video-4:Similar one other fire & Gas system project with 7inch HMI (TP 700 Comfort) |

To be honest, to me these examples look just like early, old-fashioned 80's design. Is this a kind of advertising/promoting your company? Thanks for sharing anyway. |
