Hello, You need to update your panel's OS with the option reset to factory defaults. The point of this method is that Prosave will "catch" panel's boot loader at startup and fully reflash everything. For more info look here How do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? |

I hope you understand that you first need to power off panel, then in Prosave select RS232 cable and factory default and puch button for starting upgarde. And only the you need to power on panel again. This sequesnce is important !!!!! Turn on panel to power only when prosave allready starts upgrade process !!! |

Then its possible it is faulty. Contact Siemens about that. If it still has warranty then you're lucky |

Dear Marcjan, I have the PPI: order no.6ES7 901-3DB30-0XA0 I tried with this cable also. |
