 Hi,

Have you checked all connections? The BOP with the I/O module, the I/O module with the cpu, and in the framesize a,b and c, have a board that connect the cpu with the powerboard. Is the gold pins (connection pins) oxidized?

This looks like the internal DC Power supply is failing. You do not state the rating of the MM40 inverter drive.

Try disconnecting the cooling fan at the small connector. If the P____, starts to display correctly, then the internal DC supply is faulty, and the drive should be replaced, or repaired if this can be done.

I have the same problem today with  MM430, 15KW 

there is a problem is the internal 24 VDC power supply.

my solution was reducing the load on it by using external power supply to load the cooling fan .

the internal power supply is feeding only the control board now.

it is OK now.

If you disconnect the cooling fans fitted to the base of the drive, and the problem goes away, this indicates that the DC supply in the drive is defective.

You could arrange for a supply to the fans as a temporary, fix but the DC supply is still failing and may fail completely soon.

It will be a small capacitor in the switch mode supply which  is failing, button I cannot show you which one, a repair shop will be able to find it, I am sure.
