PCS-7V9.1 Channel Driver Problem

Configuration:

Use the CFC editor to install the block in a cyclic interrupt OB (​OB30​ to​OB38​).

​The block is also installed automatically in the startup OB (​OB100​).

​When the CFC function "Generate module drivers" is used, the following occurs automatically:

• ​The in/out parameterMode​ is interconnected to the correspondingOMode_xx​ output parameter of the MOD block.
• ​The in/out parameterDataXchg​ is interconnected to the correspondingDataXchg_xx​ output parameter of the MOD block.
• ​TheMS​ parameter is interconnected to theO_MS​ output parameter of the diagnostics block.
• ​TheFeature.Bit0​(​Set startup characteristics​​)  is set when the module driver is generated in case a substitute value for this channel is parameterized in HW Config.
• ​Generate module driver changes the value ofStartVal​ if a substitute value for this channel was parameterized in HW Config.

​In case of redundancy, connection with both quality bits and connection with the redundant slave channel:

• ​The out parameterPV_OutSlv​ is interconnected with the symbol of the slave channel.
• ​The in parameterProImQB​ is interconnected with the symbol of the quality bit of the master channel.
• ​The in parameterProImQBSlv​ is interconnected with the symbol of the quality bit of the slave channel.

​Connect the symbol generated in HW Config (symbol table) for the output channel with thePV_Out​ output parameter.

​In case of redundant I/O configuration, use symbol of the channel of the master module.

​The templates of the Advanced Process Library contain an example of an​Pcs7DiOu​ application.

Hi,

I facing the issue in Driver module not generated  in PCS7V9.1 ,Compilation time Also generate the module driver and I/O address interconnected but still issue not resolve

 Hello,

Not all the IO devices creates the channel driver connection in CFC!
The followings are the reasons for not creating the connection,

• IO devices are connected via "Y" link.
• IO devices are configured from standard catalog (Which are not available under PCS7 catalog)
