PCS7 BOX + PDM and seperate Engineering Station on normal PC

Watch Member Joined: 3/7/2007 Last visit: 1/9/2008 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Our Distributor would like to use PCS7 Box 6ES7650-2MB07-0YX0 (OS/AS)+ PDM 6ES7658-3LX06-0YA5 by he want to use Engineering station ES seperate from PCS7. Therefore he select ES 250 PO 6ES7658-5AA07-0YA5 to install on Normal PC with CP1612 to link to above PCS7 BOX. Please help me determine whether this config is possible. And when I use PROTIME V7 to select PDM, The protime said that PDM need ext. Profibus CPs. In case this PCS7 Box, we have to add profibus card (CP1512 ?) on PCS7 ?
