Refering to the first post by SARAVANA KUMAR, we have Siemens PCS7 v7.1 and WinCC v7.0 based system in our plant with 5 OS Clients and 2 nos. redundant OS Servers (Fujitsu Primergy TX300, each with 2 nos. 500GB, 3.5" Hard Disks in RAID1 configuration) communicating with via Ethernet switches. Recently, OS Server-1 had a hard disk faulty LED glowing on one of its redundant hard disks. After shutting down OS Server-1, we replaced it with a new identical hard disk and restarted the OS Server-1 (Hoping that we could do something, but, we didn't know how to restore/recreate the RAID array after the new hard disk was inserted !!). The Servers have on-board RAID controller with Fujitsu Server View software installed. After that when the OS Server-1 was restarted and when WinCC graphics runtime was getting auto-started, identical error message popped up in the OS server-1 as in the first post by SARAVANA KUMAR. Simultaneously, same error message popped up in OS Server-2 also and it also stopped working. So, as a result all OS clients got unresponsive. So, after removing its Ethernet cables, the Server-1 was then restarted . And Server-2 was restarted normally and our plant was normalised with Server-2. After that, with its Ethernet cables still disconnected, we tried restarting Server-1 with both the two originally installed hard disks, and, also with the single working hard disk. But, in both these cases also same pop-up error message is coming when WinCC is going into runtime on the Server-1. Any help in this regard would be appreciated..!!
