Correct, only "Clients" are released for Windows 10. I think we'll have to wait for at least SP1 in order to get the rest of the PC stations compatible with Windows 10. Sure there working on it. |

One thing that disturbes me the most is the fact that PCS7 8.2 seems it does not support the "classic" library anymore (PCS7 7.1 SP3 blocks). So if you want 8.2, you have to re-engineer the plant with APL... Edit:What I mean: A customer who migrated from 6.1 to 8.1 recently without using new functions because its costed too much money is now stuck at 8.1.(looks like it). I told them the time would come that classic would not be supported, but didn't think it was so soon. |

I've been working with APL for 3 years now..that was not what I meant, but what I meant was that a client has migrated five plant sections from 6.1 to 8.1, without using new functions, because engineering with APL was too much in regard to money. Now it looks like they are stuck at 8.1. Ive told them it was better to use APL and the time would come, but not so soon. |
