WillScott Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hi, I am trying to program an eprom with a very old PG720. I am using Prom 525 software, when attempting to access the eprom (either reading or writing) I get an error message "INTERNAL ERROR 320(eprom)" The user manual does not refer to this error, only asking you to contact siemens technical, I have done this but with no luck at present. I have used the programmer before to program this type of eprom but it was several years ago. Thanks Will Scott.

IBN-Service Posts: 8946 Rating: (999)	First, do you use the correct Prog.No.? It is usually a sticker on the eprom. Then, try another eprom, if possible. Maybe, yours is damaged.
