Dear Mr. Einstein; I thank you for your recommendations. When I added RETURN to the end of stage 4 like below the program worked step by step like I planned.
But I am facing with two problem in this FB. I want to make a loop in this FB; Also I want to operate this cyclic one times or more than one times. In order two make this I added a counter.
I want to make CU to be activated when the process comes to the end of program.
and the process should go to the beginging of the program. by comparing the desired values and real values the process will begin or not. Also If I want to operate this process two times it will complete the process one times and again it will start the process again. But in my FB it did not start again. I think I am making a mistake.
Second problem is while passing from stage 3 to stage 4. in stage 3 a timer is activated and when the time of timer runs out the program shoud pass to stage 4. but when I control my program online it does not pass to stage 4 immediatelly.

Dear Mr qwazee, I am grateful to you too for your suggestions. What I am trying to do is at the attachment. According the temperature / time graph I want to make a program control. there are five stage, three phases. phases are heating, holding and cooling. both heating and cooling consist of 2 stage. Accoding to this temperature / time graph I want to make a flow diagram. maybe I control more than one zone for that reason I created an UDT and I use slave/master mode. I did everything by using Process.udt in static decleration table, and I transferred the data which will be entered from HMI.
