[PLCSIM V15] Cannot locate STEP 7 V15 licence

Do you have the security patch loaded? - https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109755067/ If you have that too and it still is giving problems, please register a formal Support Request. Which version Windows (with build number) do you have? I tried a fully fresh install on TIA V15 with all the last updated : same issue ! Giving up and going back to a working environment with a V13. How about adherence to the installation requirements? How about a suggested fix in this forum link which suggests how to force ALM to use local administrator account when it runs? If I were to guess, it is the virtualization technology more than anything else. Using VirtualPC is not supported according to the install requirements. However, the other suggestions may provide a work-around which is why I post the links. You can try it for yourself: (google.com) search box contents->[site:siemens.com win10 virtual pc or virtualpc tia portal v15 alm license manager] Ronanf Support is not helping that much.
