Dear All,
As first step I install WinCC v7.0 SP3. After installation is everything working well. I can create project, I can open project. But after installation of WinCC v7.0 SP3 Update 1 ... I cannot create project, I cannot open project. I was looking for some advices at many sites, I did try many steps, but still not sucessfull. As attachment you can find screens of WinCC, screen of ALM and also logs from WinCC. For this project I have got 3 different computers with same version of WinCC and only one of them has got this problem. It is laptop from HP with Windows 7 Proffesional. User is member of Administrators group. - 2 times WinCC v7.0 SP3 Update 1 (RT 2048) + single license Here is list of all steps/advices which I already try: - SimaticRights tool from CD - Change properties of folders with project (un-check read-only, indexies, compression) - All applications connected with WinCC at Program Files has got flag "Run as administrator" - Increasing buffer for IRP Stack (LanmanServer) - Re-install of SQL server, complete WinCC ... many times - Cleaning and reseting of WinCC (CCCleaner and Reset_WinCC) - Add user to groups SIMATIC HMI, SIMATIC NET, Siemens TIA Engineer - Add user to another groups which are connected with WinCC or MS SQL - Try another install CD - Install WinCC v7.0 SP3 Update 7 Could you give me some advice what can I try next?? Hello Dra_Be, it seems, that you not have a real working network-connection (TCP/IP-Stack). Is this PC connected to a switch or something like this, and does the connection work ? In any case "WinCC v7.0 SP3 Update 1" was a DVD with full setup, if you have it installed now, you can install the actual Update 7. Hello Dra_Be, I do not know such Problems with "WinCC v7.0 SP3 Update 7. Maybe there is in general something wrong in the configuration/installation of you PC. I recommend to collect the diagnostic data according https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/65976201 Then create a Service Request and send the data to the Technical Support for analyzing.
