Problem F30021 during motor ID stationary measurement

Dear Sir，

I have the same problem today during motor ID stationary measurement, F30021 comes up, after motor and MoMo output cable to motor isolation check, both are ok, the resistance of inverter phase to ground is about 10 Mohms for all three phase using multimeter, with p1272=on and 1300=0 speed setponit=50rpm without motor cable connected there is no fault message, each phase to ground voltage is 37V AC, so can this prove that all the IGBTs are ok, and which can lead to fault F30021? than you for your help!

In my experience, I had got ground fault during stationay measurement.

The reason could be current unbalance should be bigger than monitoring threshold value p287[1].

Stray capacitance of motor cable could make low impedance in high PWM frequency in my opinion.

It could be worse at long & shielded cable.

Breaking the condition could help you, I hope.

Does it make a loud banging noise when you try the measurement?  Make sure your motor cable phases are not reversed (U-U, V-V, W-W) and that the encoder is not reversed.

i mostly faced F30021 fault where my 0 volt and earth is connected together from Control transformer.

so avoid neutral, earth and 0 volts to connect to each other and provide each their separate connection
