Hello dear forum members.

I have been experiencing some issues while trying to upload a program from 1500 CPU, the message that is displayed is:

CPU is a 1517F-3PN/DP

Do you know how to fix this?

sry only basic idea, really don't know with which language was programmed that F-CPU but looks like that language you don't have installed on your PC, that's problem.

Did you try to add an additional language to your project, see attachment ?

Check if the error message names the missing project language.

Or guess one, add it and try to upload again. If the error message occurs again, remove the tested language and  try an other language.

I'm not sure you can fix your problem like this, but I think there is a good chance.

I tried that already, the Multilanguage checking, machine was built in Germany so I checked all the German languages without any luck :(

just an idea, as you have already checked project language. It could be worth a try.

Change the TIA unser interface language zu german. Maybe a upload is possible with this.

(Menu bar -> Options -> Settings -> Unser interfacae language)

Hi,

for CPU-1200 it's not.

For CPU-1500 it's possible, if the "consistent upload from F-CPU" was set in the safety-administration. The checkbox has to be set, *before* the download to the cpu.

If the configuration/user program on the cpu was downloaded without this checkbox, a upload is not possible.
