Problem with analog input

Hello,

I’m new to the TIA software and can’t get my analog inputs to work.

I’ve connected the PLC 314C-2PN/PG and checked the current (4-20mA) so the hardware is connected correct.

I’m using TIA S7 prof V12.

I read all inputs in to the software in one function block (the digital in and outputs work) and use the analog inputs for 3 gas detectors and one diff pressure detector.

I found examples for the software on how to scale using the FC105.

The input (%IW800) is set to integer and connected to the FC105.

The FC105 has 0 on low and 100 on high.

I can’t find why there is nothing happening on the input of block FC105 (stays on 0).

I’ve tried changing the input settings but the FC105 only accepts integer so I’m at a loss what I’m doing wrong.

Hello,

Thank you all for your support, I found the problem.

I needed to change the %IW800 to %IW800:P so it would read the phisical input.

Now it's working.
