problem with et200SP

proov123 Posts: 77 Rating: (3)	Hi, I'm using S7-317F cpu and with ET200SP (6es7 155-6au00-0cn0. The problem is that I have the PN green led on ( steady) but the red led is flashing. When i go online it shows red cross for all the input and output modules. All the versions and codes match. Supply seems to be ok too. What can be the problem? Safety modules are even more interesting - the channel led won't go on even though signal is present. Note the diag led is flashing for all the modules but the usual input modules show channel leds despite that. Safety module should show too? I'm using Step 7 5.5 SP4

proov123 Posts: 77 Rating: (3)	Yeah, it's plugged in. Checked the code. Was the same as in configuration. All the codes/versions are the same as in conf. Although the safety modules don't say the version in step7 but since there was only one option... i guess their right.

So it's Light base DI dark DI dark DQ Light base Safety-DI dark S-Di dark S-DQ dark S-DQ dark S-DQ Pwr led is on for each of them (although i was told not to trust it necessarely. Should safety modules show channel leds even while diag blinking? We put the sensor wire from safety module to usual module and the led came on. Nothing when it's connected to safety, led is off! Nothing when it's connected to safety, led is off! hi, there´s a wrong configuration on the second slot. you have projected a light base-unit(enable new potential group). it is be shown by the light red colour in the line where the module is projected. hope this helps, regards,

proov123 Posts: 77 Rating: (3)	No it says connection to the module disrupted when i try to do that. The pic in the attachment is when i'm not trying to do that by clicking on a specific module. Then it says not available 5 times as you can see on the pic Attachment io2.jpg (351 Downloads)

mopS04 Platinum Expert Joined: 3/5/2014 Last visit: 8/5/2022 Posts: 5521 Rating: (1054)	hi, maybe there is an error in your configuration, by taking the wrong modules from the HW-catalogue, e.g. from a wrong folder in an other IM155 module, or with other FW. If I were in your situation I would delete the whole station and project it completely new. Also check the HW. Maybe the backplane-bus is disturbed by a bad Base-Unit. Try to configurate the station with a minimum, like just the IM and one DI-module with server-module. If this is ok, extend the station module by module. hope this helps, regards,
