Hi All, A have some problem with scaling in S5 and monitor the variable on the Panel OP17 which was programming by Protool. My programis follow: : JU FB 250 Name: RLG:AE BG: KF +5 KNKT:KY 2,6 OGR: KF +0 UGR: KF -45 EINZ: -M250.0 XA: FW252 FB: -M250.1 BU: -M250.2 : ON M1.2 : ON M56.1 : JC = M001 : L FW252 : T DW36 When I switch on variableonlinee.g DB10 DW36 on PG i see -36 in INTEGER format. So in this situation on the OP I see -3,6. Does anyone could help me and say if it is posiible and how when I'd like tosee on the PG much more precisely value e.g -365? Consequently, how show this value on the OP as -3.65? I add that this value is measured by LVDT+/-5mm in range +/-10V. I will be grateful for any respond. Regards Splitted from How to use FB250?. |

Hello 2010712 should be pretty simple, change "UGR" to"KF -450" and change the scaling of the variable in ProTool accordingly (I don't have ProTool installed anymore but once you locate the variable in its tag database you'll find the scaling which will currently have a factor of 10 and which now needs to have a factor of 100). Having said that, you'd be well advised to also check your S5 program where DB10 DW36is used. You may have to change your program too wherever this variable is compared with other values (otehrwise you run teh risk that your display may be correct, but your logic doesn't behave properly anymore) I hope this helps |
