Solution: close STEP 7. Change the date of PC (e.g. to 28/02/2012). Restart the PC. Donwload the software again to the PLC.

To correct this, copy it and past it on the project (or other similar act, that create a new block with new creation time stamp), and use this copy in the project. Blocks that area also modified in 29/02/2012 should also be recompiled in "other date".

Gerdoo Posts: 23 Rating: (2)	Leap year issue: Users who tried to make changes to a 1200PLC on Feb 29 or create a project on Feb 29, faced the problem which looks like comingfrom timestamp comparison error. Sowhen downloading to the 1200 you could not go online with block. The problem is gone automatically on March 1st. But whoever compiled his/her program on Feb 29 must rebuild all affected blocks so they are assigned a new timestamp which is not based on February 29, 2012 UTC, then re-download these blocks to the PLC.Then theattempt to go online should be successful. For programs containing many affected blocks, the simplest work-around is to select "Compile" / "Software (rebuild all blocks)", then download the entire project to the PLC.
