On a 200°C span, a 4°C error is a 2% error, a very high percentage error for an analog input card with a 0.1% reference accuracy spec. Particularly "Potential Group: section 5.4.3 on page 25. I'm not familiar with this hardware, but the problem smells like a ground loop problem due to common mode potential difference between modules, so I'd start with potential group and make sure the power supply connections are what they're supposed to be. |
