Profibus address in S120 CU320-2DP fail to communicate with PLC for 3 units module connected to CU320-2DP

little_tiger Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	I'm using one Smart Line module and 3 units of inverter as shown in picture file Profibus_00.jpg. In the Starter at Telegram configuration, Suppy (Smart Line Module) set the Profibus length to 10 and also the Control Unit set to 10. After that I highlighted Supply and click Interconnections/diagnostics and then it will jump next page as shown in Profibus_01.jpg. At the Source and offset it show M 0 , M 2 ...etc. If I only configure this as Profibus connect to PLC, it connect successful and can control the inverter by PLC. But after I add in another Profibus data length, Control Unit, then the PLC fail to connect to the Cu320-2DP. Refer to the picture Profibus_02.jpg, the Source and Offset for the Control Unit is 65535 65535. Anything need to set or this is auto generated? If I want to every inverter setting some Profibus data length, what should I set? Because other than the Supply (Smart Line Module) it will show the Source and Offset to 65535 65535. How can I setting to make it follow the sequence continue after the Supply(Smart Line Module) M0 - M18, Control Unit M20 - M38 ?? Attachment Profibus.zip (207 Downloads)
