Hi, it looks like you are a beginner in LOGO! Right? To your question: Basically at least with the Relay outputs you should be aqble to control your Belimo. But you may need a protection for the Relay outputs because of inductive load. Hope this helps |

1) If I understand you correctly, you need a program that controls the mixing valve for your heating system. The mixer valve does not operate analog but digital. Correctly? Partly correct, the valve actuator operates on 24V AC, and runs on pules from two relays todady, one relay for more heating and the other for less heating, see attached pdf. 2.) You want to pretend about the TDE a target value for the mixing valve, but which is dependent on the outside temperature and the desired room temperature. This is to be automatically calculated. Correctly? That's correct, but I also have a second actuator that regulates the amount of incoming air, that is to be heated with the water from the 1. above, there is also another actuator that regulates the amount of air that should go out of the house, this last regulator is regulated with 0-10 Volt, and that is working thanks to your program from earlier questions. 3.) What are the parameters you want to pretend? I want to be able to manually regulate the inner temperature, and also the amount of in and outcoming air. Helllo again, I now have tried to make this work as i want, and some things work ok, but i have a small issue, I can't get the temperature values to behave! I have tried to change values but I always get strange read values. Any good Ideas to solve this? there seems to be a lot of good ideas in this forum.... I do not know why you changed the set of my parameter values for the analog amplifiers. I have corrected again and the new analog input to the PI controller also adjusted. AttachmentMixing_valve_V2.zip (368 Downloads) |
