These can be viewed / modified from within the PX's Global chart. There is also a hidden 'Internal' user that provides the highest possible level of access (press the + button 3 times at the user account screen to make it appear). Newer versions of the PX firmware force the user to change the Internal user password when logging in for the first time. Older versions of firmware do not force the change - so I don't think it's wise to share this password on a publicly accessible forum - I will PM you the details. Regards,

Could you please send it to me? Would it be possible? Another question I have is: Can the PXM20 passwords be reset without having the previous passwords? and without having the PXC52 controller project thank you so much greetings

The only way to change user accounts and passwords is by changing them in the PX that is defined as the Primary Server device. You can either do this from the XWorks project; from the PXM20; or from Desigo Insight (but not from Desigo CC). If you have only 1 PX - then this will be the primary server device - if you have multiple PXs, then only one of them would be defined as the primary server device. The PXM20 refers to the PX that is the primary server device in order to retrieve the available user names and passwords. The 'Internal' user is (or should be) separate to this. Regards,
