Rdg260kn to pxc001

Hi,

we have rdg260kn thermostat and pxc001e.d router in our project. Actually we commissioned rdg through nfc and working fine. we need to pull the parameters to desigo cc through pxc. in pct go we can export .csv file, can we import that in point configurator? i tried it shows error also. can anyone help to solve and communicate through pxc.

And also i tried to download through ets its shows error as writing to a memory block failed.

Hello,

if you need to integrate RDG thermostats via PXC001.E-D, then I will suppose to use them as S-Mode device and you will need to do engineering via ETS.

>Then you have to export the project and import it to the PX KNX Tool.

>In the PX KNX Tool then can be created all datapoints from KNX to the BACnet.

thanks for the share. i follwed all the steps. i have a doubt about the communication and message block.  do i need to change anything in those blocks. still shows error as target device failed
