After I read a lot of topics about HSC I realize that dont find anything how to read a encoder pulse with a DI 16x24vdc HF.

My CPU is a 1515-2PN and im trying to count an encoder with 2048 pulses/Rev.

Im using TIA V15.

First, is that possible??

Can anyone help me with examples or sample programs?

I tried using a CTU in OB but I dont get all the pulses. Maybe I should create a hardware interrupt but what does it really do? Can you please help me how to do a hardware interrupt.

It works with a CTU or another block.

I just want to try with this HF input to know if it is enougth for my application, my application is  calculating RPMs for a industrial Press to control it.
