Hello waqaspieas; Are you sure you are looking to exchange raw analog values between the S7-200 and the HMI? Analog raw valus are simpy numerical values between 0 and 32000; norally I would exect you o exchange scaled values (in enginering format, percentage, gpm, m/s...) that would mean something to your project. If the S7-200 proram you have is using standard scalung functions in Microwin, then the result of an analog input scaling function would be found in a VD... address, Analog input values (raw) are located in AIW... addresses, analog outputs are located in AQW... addresses. Hello Waqaspeias; If you do not have access to the PLC program, locating the specific data you need will be a guessing game. However, analog data on a S7-200 is relatively limited so your search should be light. Information n the S7-200 hardware configuration and addresing can be found in the S7-200 System Manual, especially in Chapter 4, PLC Concepts: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/1109582 Analog input data is addressed as A!x. analog output is addressed as AQx. The location of the AI and AQ data is linked to the position of the appropriate analog module on the S7-200 rack. The first available module must start with address AI4, in the example configuration shown in the screenshot below. The next should be AI6 or AQ6, depending on the type of module. Try to locate the working addresses for your analog data based on the position of the analog modules of your s7-200 rack. If it is difficult, take a picture of your installation, attach it here and maybe we can help find the addresses you need to work with. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

In the example that you shared, does it mean that in order to access the first analog input that is AIW4, I can use the tag address IW 4 in WinCC Flexible, as there is no option for tag address AIW or AQW. |
