Hello lmn I would not fully exclude that it is a CPU hardware or firmware problem, but suggest that you first check that this is not caused by your program and/or time synchronisation from another station. To begin with, check if SFC0 and/or SFC100 are used in your program (either SFC can be used to (re)set the CPU clock). If this is NOT the case, check if your CPU is configured as a Time Slave (HWconfig->CPU properties->Diagnostic/Clock tab)and networked with other stations and if so have a look at the links belowwhich contain the infoon what to look for: How can you synchronize CPU clocks with each other? Which SIMATIC S7-300/S7-400 modules support the NTP time-of-day message and how do I activate this kind of time synchronization? If you have aHMI or SCADA system it could also be"responsible" forthis, have a look at the links belowwhich containinforelevant for a WinCC flexible Panel: How do you synchronize the date and time between an operator panel and an S7-300/S7-400 controller with WinCC flexible? That's all I can think of for now, I hope this helps and please let us knowwhat you've found. Edit: Please also let us know the CPU part number and current firmware (or do search for firmware updates for it and give that a try first) |
