Do you have any recommendations on a SSi to Profinet converter? I can't find any. Pepperl-Fuchs has an SSi to 4-20ma but that's all I can find.

You could purchase an SSI Absolute Encoder to Profinet device, integrate with the encoder and your project, and the problem becomes much simpler.

I dont use drive and I can not use technological object in v13. I will read that manual you linked to.

What I want to do with SSI encoder is to measure hight on the crane. But I can not actually understand how to get the absolute value (position ) from my encoder and wich mode of operation to use in my hardware config.
