Reducing sampling times (i.e. delay jitter) when forwarding r2521[0] to TM41

The sampling rate of the TM41 Output pin is too slow for the task. Default setting were some sampling times at 4000us.
I set some sampling times faster (see below, but it seems that the output has still a 4ms jitter window).

How do I set the sampling time of all the involved functions to faster value (best case 125us, at least 1ms)?:

1) r2521[0] CO: LR position actual value, Position Control (Starter view "Actual position value preparation" shows that this block is done with p115[4]. Was 1000us, set it to 250us (which was fastest accepted repetition rate)

2) TM41
How fast is r2521[0] forwarded from Servo to TM41?

p115[0] Sampling time for supplementary functions (set from 1000us to 125us now, after all other setting did not speed up)

p3299 Variable signaling function sampling time (set from 4ms to 1ms now, after all other setting did not speed up)
=> Is this variable affecting the polling of r2521[0]?

3) TM41 Connector binector converter: What sampling time is this calculated?
I set:
p115 TM41 Basic sampl time: set from 4000us to 125us
p4099[0] TM41 Digital inputs/outputs): set from 4000us to 125us
