redundant PLC input connection to ET200SP

Dear sir

My new sewage water project need. 

In the attached configuration, I am using ET200SP.

I have 10Nos analog inputs.Total 180 IOs.

My question is that do  I need to hook up same inputs into both PLCs.

Do I need to use Signal duplicator for analog inputs for get one signal to both ET200SP ?

or Only connect signal to one ET200SP where other automatically take it.

What about output DO?

Digital output from both ET200SP connect to one change over relay?
