CraigSimpson Posts: 159 Rating: (1)	Hi all, When processing the "add ons" (tool change page, manual recovery, servo traces, etc) the regie task window stays on top of the Sinumerik page. Anyone know how to stop this? Thanks, Craig.

CNCData Experienced Member Joined: 2/22/2008 Last visit: 2/2/2023 Posts: 39 Rating: (4)	Hi mecky, best way is to plug in a keyboard via USB, and use standard keys. you will need to boot into service desktop and once you have a screen shot open paint and select edit / paste. save the image to a USB stick or Network location.

CraigSimpson Posts: 159 Rating: (1)	This fault had gone - I suspect that it has been after using Step 7 which is installed on the PCU50. Rebooting the PCU corrects this issue. The controlwindows arereally slow after using Step 7, possibly my fault by closing it with the Windows "X". Should maybe use the File\Close option?!
