First download the GSD files setup from wago official website and install it in your pc so yoa will have the 750-333 modules in your simatic hardware library. Profibus DP>Additinal Field Devices>I/O>Wago-IO-System 750-333 and select your wago version from the list inside it. Your Wago FW version is in front of your wago flap cover 2nd line 5th and 6th position digit and select that version from the list. Now select I/O modules in it. Hello qasim; A manufacturer of Profibus-DP slaves usually provides a specific gsd file for each of its models, since they can differ in diagnostic functions, communication parameters, etc... I recommend you install the 730-333 gsd file in your S7 Profibus configurator, delete the 750-303 slave you want to replace (print out the modules attached if you want to copy the configuration), insert a 750-333 coupler with the same Profibus address as the original module, and copy the configuration so the internal addresses match for your program. Matching the original IO addresses in the S7 configuration might require a biot of work, depending on how complex your Profibus configuration is. Wago documentation is quite good, their global.wago.com site is easily searched using their Search Bo function. You will find information/download on the 750-333 gsd file in the following links, including the 750-333 manual (see chapter 8 for details on commissioning with the gsd file) and an application note showing how to configure the Wago bus couplers with Step 7:
