I believe the only way to do this would be reprogramming the blocks in your standard program yourself.

In any case, if all you are considering is conversion of the Safety blocks (F-B;locks) and not the surrounding Safety engineering, the available F-Blocks that you could convert are very few: timers, counters, pulse inputs, math and logic functions, CPU-CPU communication... All the other F-Blocks are channel drivers for F-IO, F-runtime and shutdown group management, IO voting blocks,,, that you cannot use in a standard program. So conversion of the logic into standard blocks should not be a difficult task.
