Hi! I use the TIA v14 with a 1500 CPU and S120, fw 4.8, everything setup with Startdrive. When I reach the min or max sensor i can reset the error and the move away from that limit switch. But if i over travel the SW limit switch in any direction i can't reset the error with MC_RESET. The only way is to do it is with the commission tool. Any idea why this behavior? Thomas |

Hello, no move command must be active. Overrun of the software limit switches If a software limit switch is crossed, technology alarm 534 is output, and the technology object is disabled (alarm response: remove enable). Retracting To retract the axis after violation of the software limit switch, follow the steps below: 1. Acknowledge the technology alarm. 2. Move the axis in the retraction direction until the software limit switch is left. If you move the axis opposite the retraction direction before the software limit switch is left, the monitoring with be triggered again. 3.2.7.3 Software limit switch https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109749263 |

The problem was the the parameter Restart, it was TRUE, changed to FALSE and it was the possible to acknowledge both HW and SW switches and the move out from the limit. |
