Hello jacekpro Darius is right, we'd really need to have a look at the code to properly advise you. Nonethless you say that LMN is "jumping" to a big negative value. This is not possible if your LMN_LLM is in fact set to 2000 (assumption: LMN_OFF has a value of zero). The only possible explanations I can think of right now for what you observedto take place are: 1.) The obvious "mistake": Do you use seperate Instance DB's for each FB41 call? 2.) Something else is writing into either the IDB of the FB41 call or the variable that you have assigned to the LMN output. |

HEY! I had to get back to facility to get the code. I don't know any mathods to export single OB out of step 7 project (If you know how to do it please let me know) so I changed it from LAD to STL and i've attached text file with source code. I have also changed some symbols to more reader friendly, so I might made mistake during find and replace procedure, but I hope understending my code is possible. Please do not post me answers and advices in STL because I'm not familar with it. I have checked fritz's suggestions, and none of them occurs. Any other idea? Regards Jacekpro PS. Change file extension from pdf to txt to open it, system doesn't allow uploading txt files. AttachmentOB35.pdf (164 Downloads) |

Hello jacekpro I'm afraid this OB35 txt does not really help us to be able to help you. Please post the whole S7 program (archive as a .zip file, if you have size problem because you have WinCC or WinCC flexible intergated then create a copy of your project (SAVE AS), delete all HMI stations out of it and then submit it). Having said, at quick first glance it appears that there is at least on typo in it. SecondFB41 call uses N5224 variables for everyting except for the LMN_LLM/HLM for which it uses N5124 (and vice versa for the thirdFB41 call). |
